Fiber accounts subscription:

• Your outstanding balance must be totally settled.
• Freeze available only for two months yearly with total cost of 10 JDs tax excluded.
• The subscription will be auto activated once finishing the freeze period which is two months only.
• Commitment won't be counted from the freezing period.
• Internet service will be stopped during the freeze period.

Broadband accounts subscription:

• Your commitment termination fees if any should be settled.
• Monthly subscription will be 5JDs tax excluded, and you must pay first two months in advance.
• Freeze period has no limitations.
• Internet service will be stopped during the freeze period.
