2. if you are connected to a WIFI extender you have to connect to the router directly.
   
3. If you are using a VPN, please disable the app.
4. Router Model is HG8245 or HG8245H (which means router's color is black) or HG8245Q (old router) must refer to the shop.
5. Check quota from Zain account if consumed.
