How do I do early renewal?

You can renew your prepaid line monthly subscription through Zain Jo app and zain website.
or by using the code *358# and please wait for the confirmation message.

 
How can I recharge my line?

You can recharge your  Zain mobile line through:

  • Dialing *114*voucher number#
  • Dialing *115# from any Zain number and following the instructions.
  • Zain website or Self-care (Credit cards must be issued from Arabic countries activated for online payments with 7 attempts daily).
  • E-fawateercom.​

Can I renew Zain Basic+ line validity with the available balance?

No, please recharge your line to get the validity, and If the line isn't recharged within 30 days of grace disconnection, the current balance will be lost.
For validity >90 days, use the line within 90 days maximum to avoid disconnection.

What are the rules for transferring balance from a number to another?

  • Transfer main balance: *101*PIN*Number*Amount# or Zain Jo app.
  • Transfer data balance: *103*PIN*Number*Amount# or Zain Jo app.
  • Amount to be transferred in Fils.
  • Line must be active for 30 days and have a minimum balance of 1.20JD.
  • Minimum transfer value is 10 piasters and maximum is 5JD per transaction
    1 Fils must be available after the transaction.
  • The default PIN code is 0000 for prepaid lines.
  • Transfer fee is 15 piasters per transaction for prepaid lines and 25 piaster for postpaid lines.
  • The sender line must be active, receiver line must be active or grace disconnected.
  • Transferred money will not add validity for non-subscription prepaid packages.

How can I use the negative balance services?

you can check the available offers for adding negative balance services through the code *505# if the service is available on your prepaid line, noting that once you recharge your line, the recharged balance will be deducted directly, a confirmation message will be received with the settled amount, also you can check the outstanding negative balance using Zain App or the code *116#.

How can I stop using the internet from my balance?

You can disable PAYG to avoid using the Internet from the balance, through zain jo app, zain website  or press *240# and wait for the confirmation message.
 

How can I check the reasons for the deduction of my balance?

You can check the reasons for the balance deduction through Zain Jo App by selecting the (latest deduction) option.
 

How can I know my phone number?

You can know your phone number by calling *178#
 

How can I know who called me when my line was unreachable or when I turned off my phone?

How to activate Call Forwarding?

You can activate the call waiting service through the code *43# then dial or go to mobile calls settings, please make sure that the service is active on the line through Zain Jo App, More information regarding this service can be found by clicking here.

 
How can I hide my number?

You can activate the private number service through the Zain Jo App or the code *132# then follow the instructions, This service will be auto renewed, please make sure that show my caller ID option in call settings is on, for more details about the service please press here.

I have a postpaid line and I want to change it to a prepaid tariff.

To change the package, the owner must visit Zain shops with personal identification before the bill release date, and pay the commitment termination fees if any, the outstanding bills, and the package change fee of 8.12 JOD including tax. noting that within the first 6 months of changing the package, only the following packages are available: Zain Basic+ and Zain 12+. Noting that to change the tariff, the line must not be completely disconnected.

 

How do I change prepaid line ownership?

Ownership can be changed through Zain shops, with the presence of both the previous and new owners and with personal ID for both. The transfer fee is 11.6 JOD including tax and the line must be active. (Provided that the tariff allows for ownership change)
