Prepaid customers can add freeze service on the following tariffs:

·      This service can be added or canceled through * 145 #.

·      Customers on monthly subscription packages can add Freeze service for the line for one year only, and for lines without a monthly subscription can add the service for 6 or 12 months.

·      The monthly subscription will not be renewed during the Freeze period unless the customer makes an early renewal, which will cancel the Freeze service.

·      Customers can cancel the Freeze service at any time when making an early renewal of the monthly subscription by * 358 #.

·      The cost of the service is 10 JDs for one year and 5 JDs for 6 months.

·      The line must be active to subscribe to the service.
