Please read the Terms and Conditions for Recurring Payments between you and Jordan Mobile Telephone Services Company ("Zain"), hereinafter referred to as "The Company".

Your use of Zain Website/Application is subject to the Terms and Conditions below, in addition to the other Terms and Conditions that governs Zain Website/Application, (and any amendments to them) must be read together.

Additionally, The Company has the sole discretion to decide the services eligible for Recurring Payments. You consent to abide the Terms and Conditions of any of the services provided by The Company.

Your choice of using Recurring Payments on the Website/( jo.zain.com) (hereinafter referred to as "ZainJo" and/or "Site") is subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth on the Site and to any future amendments to it, please do not use this option if you do not agree to each of the Terms of Use.

Your access to and use of Recurring Payments for any subscription to any of the eligible services (hereinafter referred to as the Recurring Payments process) is subject to your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, Users and others who access or use the Recurring Payments process.

By accessing or using the option of Recurring Payments, you agree to abide these Terms. You are not entitled to access or use the Recurring Payments process if you do not agree to every part these Terms.

1. Subscription

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out at ZainJo you will be able to subscribe to and access the Recurring Payments that are one of the methods to pay on ZainJo.

Subscribers who hold a credit card are the ones eligible for this service.

Service subscription steps:

1. The Customer enter their mobile number.
2. The Customer accepts the Terms and Conditions of this service.
3. The Customer activates the service (Recurring Payment service).
4. The amount will be deducted provided that the Customer does not cancel the service.
5. The Customer can change the card’s information or cancel it.
6. The Recurring Payment service shall be effective after a successful electronic transaction taken place, along with, activating the service and the Customer acceptance of the Terms and Conditions with the possibility to amend the card’s information.
7. We hold the right to maintain records of Customer’s information, which shall not be disclosed except to an authorized entity.

Refund Policy:

All refund amounts related to subscription payments for any of your eligible services (if any) shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions of these eligible services.

The amount of subscription, price, payment, outstanding payments, conditions on payment and/or other details regarding eligible services shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions of such eligible services.

You hereby acknowledge that this policy is subject to change; You agree to be bound by these Terms and any amendments to it.

2. Services covered

• The services covered are the ones which Recurring Payments are applicable to, including:

- Paying bills, recharging the lines and any service that is subscribed to by Recurring Payment.

3. Financial matters:

• The Company may require for the purposes of completing the subscription process to link your application with external payment processors, hereinafter referred to as ("Third Parties"). By using the option of Recurring Payments, you agree to the Terms and Conditions relating thereto, along with linking your request to them and sharing your information with them.

4. Confirming the option of Recurring Payments

• When you agree to these Terms, and complete the subscription and registration process, you authorize The Company to start using the option of Recurring Payments and allow you to start withdrawing and/or debiting payments from the credit card, current account or savings account determined by the user, and you authorize The Company to add any amount (amounts) to your account in case of refund or in case of amendments to the transactions.

• Upon confirming the Recurring Payments process, you can deduct amounts for services from a previously chosen account or monthly from your credit card in periodic form.
• If The Company is unable to deduct for any reason, including but not limited to, the failure to update the information of the financial account that is used for payments, such failure may impact and/or suspended and/or terminate the services provided.

5. Third parties

• You agree to engage "Third Parties" from payment processors and/or financial service providers to facilitate the processing of Recurring Payments, therefore, you may be required to abide to the terms and conditions of such Third Party.
• The Company will not be liable for any errors and/or malfunctions by Third Parties such as any discrepancies in the amount associated with the Recurring Payment.

6. Recurring Payment/cancellation process:

The Company reserves the right to terminate these Terms and Conditions, to terminate or suspend your authorization, access and/or right to use the Recurring Payment process at any time, without reason, and without any notice. Upon termination or suspension of this contract, your right to access or use the Recurring Payment will be suspended immediately.

1. The Company reserves the right under this Agreement to terminate or suspend the Recurring Payment process that is available as a payment option, for all its services and/or any of the eligible services. Your right to access or use the Recurring Payment process will expire immediately upon the termination or suspension of this contract.

1. The Company hereby reserves, at any time, without reason and without any notice, the right to terminate or suspend any of the eligible payment methods used in the Recurring Payment process as being an acceptable eligible payment method to use in the Recurring process. Upon such termination or suspension, your right to access or use Recurring Payment will expire immediately.

1. In case you terminated (canceled) your authorization to use the Recurring Payment process at any time prior the expiration of the current validity period of the Recurring Payment process; or The Company has terminated or suspended your access and/or your right to access and/or use the Recurring Payments process, an access to the service will be terminated.

1. The Company shall have no obligation to compensate you financially for an unused period of the Recurring Payments process.

• In addition to any other information that Zain deems appropriate, Zain retains the following information:

1. The information permitted by laws and regulations.
2. The information required to complete Recurring Payments consistent with applicable financial transactions, which must include but not limited to, your name and card number.
3. The information required from you to access and use Recurring Payments through the API connection between the company and a Third Party.
4. The information required to send all notifications and responses to the customer/user regarding each transaction he/she makes using Recurring Payments. The Customer/User acknowledge that The Company will not have access to financial statements.
5. The Privacy Policy that applies to the collection, use, disclosure and any other processing of personal information by ZainJo can be found on the [https://jo.zain.com] link.
