What is eSIM?

eSIM is the digital or electronic version of the familiar SIM card and is installed in the device.


With eSIM technology, subscribers can easily switch between personal and work numbers. In addition, this feature allows the subscriber to install multiple SIM cards in the device without the need to use a traditional SIM card in the future.

How to activate your eSIM?

Go to settings.
  • Kee​p your QR/activation code in a safe place to avoid any misuse. We also recommend that you keep an electronic copy in your records, especially if you change your phone or accidentally delete the eSIM's configuration file from your phone.
