As part of its strategy to empower university students and enhance their skills to keep up with rapid changes in the job market, Zain Innovation Campus (ZINC) organized a training program at its university branches, offering a series of workshops on User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) design using the Figma software. This program aimed to develop students' skills in web application design, familiarize them with the latest digital technologies, and guide them toward creating innovative solutions to meet diverse sector needs.

The program was held at ZINC branches located at the University of Jordan, Hashemite University, Yarmouk University, Mutah University, and Al-Balqa Applied University. A total of 152 students participated, with the training led by UI/UX expert Alaa Ali. The 10-hour training covered essential topics, including UI design fundamentals, how to use Figma tools for interactive designs, principles of user experience design, and best practices for creating professional designs.

ZINC organized this program as part of its commitment to supporting and preparing a generation of talent in modern technology fields by equipping them with essential digital skills for the job market. This university-focused program provided students with an interactive learning environment to practically apply their skills, helping them to be well-prepared for careers in UI/UX design and enhancing their proficiency in this growing field.
