Zain Visitors
Zain Visitors prepaid line is a simple plan that meets visitors and tourists’ needs and keeps them connected to loved ones inside and outside Jordan.
Zain Visitors starter kit price is JD 5.77 (tax exclusive). The kit can be bought from Zain shop in the airport or any other Zain shop.
The kit includes:
10 international minutes
25 local minutes
10 SMS used locally or internationally
- No monthly subscription
The subscriber can recharge the line by Zain scratch cards that are available around the kingdom.

Note: If the validity of the top up value ends and the line was not recharged with any value, then it enters a 30 days Grace period, where the customer will only receive calls without making any outgoing calls, after that the line enters a 90 day Reactivation period, where no incoming or outgoing calls are allowed, after that Zain has the right to disconnect and regain the line back.
Zain Aqaba Is a special prepaid product targeting customers in Aqaba city. Zain Aqaba Line offers preferential call rates to Zain and other networks (no matter where the receiver is in the kingdom) when calling from Aqaba area. Also, a convenient tariff is offered when calling from outside Aqaba.

General information:
- To switch to Zain 5 Xtra the customer should call 1616.
- To register the 5 special numbers and the 3 International numbers, call for free 1790 for free
- Local SMS for non super numbers cost 5 piasters.
- Switching to Zain 5 Xtra will cost 5 JDs for all prepaid subscribers including the subscription of the first week
- In case there was not enough credit for the weekly subscription to be deducted, the subscriber will lose the privilege of calling and texting his special numbers for free and will only be able to call and text all Zain numbers ( including the special numbers ) and other networks’ numbers for 5 piaster per minute or sms for 30 days. If the subscriber did not recharge after this period, he will enter a 30 days grace period(will not be able to make any outgoing calls or sms), then a reactivation period of 90 days (will not be able to make any outgoing nor incoming calls or sms) and will lose any remaining balance.
- If any subscriber switched out of Zain5 Xtra to any other prepaid plan , he will be granted a 30 days validity.
Zain Mohafathat
Is a very simple prepaid product targeting customers in the governorates, the product’s idea revolves around the covered zones in the kingdom; basically if you are within any of the governorates (mentioned below) you will be able to benefit from the preferential rates. That is, no matter where the receiver is (in Jordan), if a call was initiated from the zone the preferential rate will apply.

Al Tafealeh
Madaba
Al Mafrag and Al Salt city.

Zain 5 General Rules:
- To check the remaining free minutes, the customer must send 5 to 97909. The SMS is priced at 5 Piasters.
- Customers exceeding their minutes will speak to their super numbers for 5 Piasters
- If the weekly deduction fee of JD 1 was not available upon deduction time, the customer will lose the privilege of calling the super numbers for FREE and the new rate will be 5 Piasters. The customer will remain active for 30 days, after this if the customer did not recharge again he will enter a 30 days grace period and 90 days reactivation period whereby any remaining balance will be lost.
- Customers who lost their privilege of calling for free to their super numbers due to insufficient balance for the weekly subscription fee must recharge within the first 2 days to avoid the additional JD 1 fee to the weekly subscription fee
- If any customer switched out from Zain 5 to any other prepaid plan, he will be granted a 30 days validity.
- The customer can buy more than one week of subscription any time by dialing *150#. The customer can buy 1, 4, 6, 10 weeks at JD 1, 4, 6, 10.
