What is e-Government program:

Is a program to provide government services through various channels such as internet, SMS gate, mail and others, where work is under way to develop a number of electronic services, which including the launch of the SMS gateway.

• Amman Municipality (vehicles ticketing & complaints)
• Driver & Vehicle Licenses Department (vehicle license expiration date)
• Jordan Custom (Inquiry about vehicle custom, guarantee orders, etc)
• Meyahuna مياهن / Amman (Water Bills)
• Income & Sales Tax Department (Income balance for individuals)
• Housing & Urban development Corporation (Notifications about housing & land tenders)

How to use the service?

• Send empty message to 94444
• Subscriber will receive a message with list of services, every service has a number or code.
• Subscriber to reply through SMS with the service number or code; then will receive a message with required information.
• Subscriber can send the service number as a message to get the service directly.
• Subscriber will be charged when receive the message with required information.

How much does it cost?

- For push messages (subscription based): JD 0.05 per SMS

- For Pull messages (On demand): JD 0.07 per SMS
