Steps of using the service on line:
1. First, the customer must visit ZAIN portal (jo.zain.com) and register by selecting My Account.
2. Once the login form is completed, the customer will receive an SMS and an email to inform him/her of the login password.
3. After registration is completed successfully, the customer must login using his/her mobile number and password.
Zain presents a new Detailed Bill web service
Now, all postpaid customers can receive their Detailed Bill, including numbers called, duration and payment details, by email. This service can be accessed through ZAIN portal and will be sent to either a personal email address or a requested Zain email address. This service is provided for your convenience, at no cost and in both English and Arabic.
4. Next, the customer must select the Detailed Bill icon.
5. The customer will then find a welcome message, followed by a short brief about the new service.
6. Two options are available for the customer:
Option One
• Monthly, receiving his/her bill on a monthly basis after each bill run by entering his/her email address. An SMS notification will be sent to the customer once the detailed bill has been sent to his/her e-mail.
Option Two
• Upon request, to receive his/her last three bills, the customer can choose either Last Invoice, Invoice issued before 2 months or Invoice issued before 3 months and then he/she can insert any desired email address.
• A confirmation message will appear before the requested bills are sent.
• The customer will receive final confirmation informing him/her that the request was successful and then he/she will receive an SMS notification once the Detailed Bills have been sent to his/her email.
