What is Zain create?
Zain create is Zain’s entertainment experience allowing customers to preview and download different types of content. Content includes full track and full album audio downloads and pre-releases, live streaming of Rotana TV channels, top 10 songs, albums and artists. Soon to come are full track video downloads, mobile content such as tones and wallpapers.
Who can use access and use Zain create?
You have to be Zain customer to use the service. For now Zain create service will be available to Zain customers in Kuwait, Jordan, Bahrain and Sudan. Other markets will be added soon.
How do I access & use Zain create?
There are four different interfaces or way to access Zain create. - Web Portal http://create.zain.com
- Application to download on your PC/laptop
- Zain mobile – application to download on your mobile
- WAP portal (coming soon)
How do I register?
To create an account on Zain Create please follow the steps below:
- Click on register button
- Enter your country and mobile number
- Click on Send PIN
- You must be Zain subscriber to receive the SMS and be able to register
- You will receive an SMS with a PIN code
- Enter the PN code and continue registering
- Password: Enter 6-8 alphanumeric characters Do not include common words or names, and combine three of these character types: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, or symbols.
- You must agree on terms of services and privacy policy of Zain to be able to complete his registration process
- Terms of services and privacy policy of Zain are already highlighted on the registration page
What is my username?
-Your user name is the activated mobile number. Example for correct mobile number to register is 0096279XXXXXX
Is windows silverlight installation necessary to use and listen to songs on the website?
Yes, the installations of windows silverlight are necessary in order to use the features of this website.

How do I purchase and download the content?
- Choose the song you wish to download
- Click on buy now
- You will get a notification with details of the content. Click to Buy
- You will receive an SMS to confirm the purchase
Where do I download the content purchased?
Please go to My create section and you will see a list of all the content purchased.
How many times can I download the content?
There is a counter beside the song that indicated the number of time you can download the song. If you have downloaded the song the given number, you can purchase the song again
Do you pay a monthly subscription other than the price for downloading each song?
No, each content is prices separately.
Can I get a weekly newsletter to let me know who has released a new album or a single and new service available on the website?
